If people at your agency share one login to reach client sites, Agency Access replaces that. Each person signs in as themselves, gets the right level of access to every client that has connected your agency, and your clients see your agency's name rather than your individual staff.
Why it beats a shared login
Everyone uses their own credentials. Their own password, their own two-factor authentication. When someone leaves your agency, remove them from your Wordify team once and their access to every client ends at the same moment.
You get a real audit trail. When you look at a client's Activity Log, you see exactly which of your people did what. Your client just sees your agency's name.
Onboarding is one step. Add a new person to your Wordify team and they get access to every connected client automatically. No more asking each client to invite them.
How it works
Your client invites your agency from their team's Permissions page. They'll need an email address someone at your agency can act on. You can send them How to invite an agency to your team to get them started.
Open the invitation link and accept it. You'll need to be the owner or a Team Admin of your agency's Wordify team.
Choose which of your teams becomes the connected agency, or create a new team on the spot.
Once accepted, the client appears in the Clients card on your team's Permissions page, and everyone on your team gets access automatically.
What each person on your team can do
Your client sets a ceiling for your agency as a whole: Team Admin, Team Member, Billing, or Collaborator limited to specific sites. Each person on your team then gets the lesser of that ceiling and what they can already do on your own team. Your team's owner and Team Admins get the full ceiling.
One exception: Collaborators on your team don't get client access automatically. You opt them into individual client sites from their Site Access page, so junior or external people only ever see the client sites you choose.

What your clients see
Clients never see your staff's names, email addresses, or how many people are on your team. Their Activity Log attributes every change to your agency's name. On your side, you see the individual person, so you keep a complete internal audit trail.
Since clients see your team's name, it's worth renaming your Wordify team to your agency's actual name before connecting. You can do that on your team's Settings tab.
Good to know
It's client-initiated. Clients stay in control of their own teams, so the connection always starts with their invitation. If you manage many clients, ask each one to send an invitation to the same agency email address.
Clients can require two-factor authentication. If a client's team requires 2FA, people on your team need it enabled to access that client.
Direct memberships aren't affected. If someone at your agency was already invited to a client's team individually, that direct membership keeps working exactly as before, even if the agency connection ends.
Disconnecting is instant, from either side. You can disconnect a client from the Clients card, and clients can remove your agency or change your access at any time.
