Some actions in Console, such as provisioning a site, running updates, or creating a backup, run in the background. The Tasks page lets you follow their progress.
Open the Tasks page
Click Tasks in the left sidebar.
What it shows
Each row is a task, with the site it applies to and who started it. Switch between Team Tasks and My Tasks, and use the status and type filters to find a particular task.
When to use it
If an action seems to be taking a while, the Tasks page is where to check whether it is still running, has finished, or has failed.
