When your DevSite is ready for real visitors, promote it to a production plan. Your site keeps all of its content. You are simply moving it onto a paid plan with full production resources and CDN.
Before you promote
Make sure your site is built and tested. Promoting is quick, but choosing a production plan means billing starts for that site.
Promote your site
Open the DevSite and go to its Overview page.
Click Promote to Production in the Quick actions panel.
Choose a production plan: Starter, Business or Pro.
Confirm. Console moves the site onto the new plan and enables production features such as the CDN.
After promoting
Connect your custom domain. See Adding a custom domain.
The DevSite password protection is removed, so your site is ready for visitors.
