How do I see what changed on my sites?

The Activity Log keeps a chronological record of every action performed through Wordify Manage, so you always know exactly what happened across your sites.

Each entry shows:

  • Date/Time (UTC) — When the action occurred.

  • Installation — Which site was affected (with a link to view more details).

  • Activity Group — The type of action (e.g., Plugin, Theme, Installation).

  • Description — A summary of what was done.

  • User — Who performed the action.

The Activity Log is searchable — use the search field to find specific events.

Important to know:

  • The Activity Log only tracks actions performed through Wordify Manage. Changes made directly in WordPress (like installing a plugin from the WP admin) won't appear here.

  • If a team member with access to your account makes changes, their name will appear in the User column — making it easy to track who did what.
