How do I see which plugins or themes are installed across my sites?

The Plugins and Themes pages give you a bird's-eye view of everything installed across all your WordPress sites.

Each page groups items by name, showing:

  • Plugin or theme icon

  • Name

  • Slug (the WordPress.org identifier)

  • Updates — a red badge with the number of sites needing updates, or a green checkmark if everything is current

  • Sites — the number of sites where it's installed

Click the expand arrow on any row to see per-site details: the installed version, available update version, activation status, and auto-update setting.

Quick filters let you narrow the list:

  • All — Shows everything.

  • Update Available — Shows only items with pending updates.

  • Up To Date — Shows only fully updated items.

You can also use the Search bar to find a specific plugin or theme by name or slug.

Bulk actions are available from each page:

  • Plugins: Update, Activate, Deactivate, or Delete across selected sites.

  • Themes: Update, Activate, or Delete across selected sites.
