You can update plugins, themes, WordPress, or even PHP versions across multiple sites at once from the Sites page.

  1. Go to Manage > Sites.

  2. Select the sites you want to update by ticking the checkboxes on the left.

  3. Click the Update dropdown button in the action bar that appears.

  4. Choose what to update:

    • Update Plugins — Updates all plugins with available updates on your selected sites.

    • Update Themes — Updates all themes with available updates.

    • Update WordPress — Updates WordPress core to the latest version.

    • Update PHP — Choose a PHP version (8.3, 8.2, 8.1, 8.0, or 7.4) to apply to your selected sites.

  5. Confirm the action.

Your updates will run in the background. Head to the Tasks page to monitor progress — you'll see a green badge on the Tasks menu item showing how many tasks are active.
