Tags let you organize your sites and filter your site list. You can create custom tags for anything: client names, project status, site type, priority, or whatever fits your workflow.

Adding tags to a site

  1. Go to your Sites page

  2. Find the site you want to tag

  3. Click + Add Tag beneath the site name

  4. Select an existing tag or type to create a new one

  5. Click Save

You can add multiple tags to a single site.

Editing tags on a site

  1. Click on any existing tag beneath a site name

  2. In the Edit Tags modal, add or remove tags as needed

  3. Click Save

Filtering sites by tag

  1. On the Sites page, click the Tag Filter dropdown

  2. Select the tag you want to filter by

  3. Your site list will update to show only sites with that tag

To clear the filter, click the X on the tag name shown below the Tag Filter

Deleting a tag

To remove a tag entirely, remove it from all sites that use it. Unused tags won't appear in the filter dropdown.

Tips

  • Use consistent naming so tags are easy to find (e.g., "Client: Acme" rather than mixing "Acme" and "Client - Acme")

  • Tags work across all your plans - Infinity, Unity, and Unity Pro sites can all be tagged
